Frequently asked questions
Do you take my insurance?
We see people from all insurance companies but are considered out of network. Insurance companies dictate how physical therapy clinics operate and the care provided. We operate as an out-of-network clinic so that we may provide you with the best possible care, and what's best FOR YOU, instead of what's best for your insurance company!
How do I use my out-of-network benefits?
After we have completed your physical therapy "plan of care", we provide you with a summary of services provided which you may then send to your insurance company. We cannot guarantee reimbursement, however the best course of action would likely be to contact your insurance provider prior to starting PT, to learn more about your out of network benefits.
Why are you located in a gym, rather than in an office?
Being in a gym setting allows us to have access to more space and more equipment than most traditional physical therapy clinics. It also allows for us to better familiarize you with exercise equipment which is vital for long-term health and wellness.
Why choose Back on Track over another PT clinic?
Dr. Cameron Dennis is dedicated to helping you to reach your goals. He has extensive knowledge in rehab and strength training. Your treatment simply won't be limited to use of exercise bands for 6 weeks and use of out-of-date modalities and treatments commonly seen in some PT clinics. We only utilize up-to-date treatment as indicated by science and research.
Simply put: we only use what works!
Don't I need a doctor's referral or prescription for therapy?
No. In many states including Ohio, you are not required to see your doctor prior to starting PT. This means that you can get started on the road to recovery faster and for less money than ever before!
Isn't physical therapy just for really sick people or after surgery?
Actually, physical therapists are trained in pain-management AND rehabilitation following a hospital-stay. More specifically, we specialize in the treatment of:
- headaches and neck pain
- shoulder and elbow pain
- back pain
- hip and knee pain
- ankle and foot pain
Whether your injury happened last night or 20 years ago, we want to help you get back to a life without pain!
