Its frustrating to be in pain and not fully understand the cause! Our knowledgeable staff is excited to get to the root-cause of your pain and help you understand why you're in pain, and thoroughly explain the process required for getting out of it! 


Education on how you can treat yourself at home

Our goal is to get you out of pain and keep you out of pain, but its a process. We give you strategies and methods of reducing your pain when you're at work or home with your family.

Yes, physical therapists can also provide "adjustments". This can often be used during a session, in combination with exercise specifically designed to provide long-term pain relief.
